This book presents a pretty standard approach to freshman calculus. Unfortunately it's very poorly produced. The equations are rendered as bitmaps that aren't properly aligned with the text. Figures are referred to by numbers, but don't actually seem to be numbered, and they are often difficult to find because they aren't located near the text that refers to them. There is no index.
