These are notes, probably being prepared for publication, on GR (General Relativity). I don't claim to know much about this subject, but I've seen many other sets of notes on the Net, and these look like exceptionally well written notes that are clear and concise. I'm adding this review because if you are at all interested in GR, you should visit, read for a while, and come back and write a review better than mine!
